Commitment to Ethics, Legality and the Fight against Corruption

WSA is fully in favor of and committed to the principles of public and private integrity, acting in strict compliance with anti-corruption, anti-fraud and governance legislation. We repudiate any illicit or unethical practice, directly or indirectly, and reaffirm that our activities are governed by the highest standards of transparency and accountability.

Our actions respect and incorporate fundamental legal frameworks, including:

  • Law No. 12,846/2013 (Corporate Anti-Corruption Law) – which holds companies liable for acts against the public administration, national or foreign;

  • Decree No. 8,420/2015 – which regulates the Anti-Corruption Law, with guidelines for integrity programs;

  • Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – LGPD) – which reinforces the security and ethical treatment of information;

  • Law No. 14,133/2021 (New Procurement Law) – which incorporates stricter provisions against fraud and promotes compliance practices in public procurement;

  • International Conventions, such as the OECD Convention against Bribery of Foreign Public Officials and the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), to which Brazil is a signatory.

We also promote a culture of integrity among our partners, suppliers and customers, encouraging good compliance practices and institutional responsibility, especially in relationships with public entities.

We are committed to building solutions that are legal, transparent and capable of promoting institutional trust and sustainable development, both for companies and for the public agencies with which we interact.
