With over 17 years of experience leading strategic initiatives and structuring businesses across multiple sectors, I have built a career that spans from commercial roles in major operators, such as corporate plan consulting, to leadership as an entrepreneur and advisor in high-impact projects in both the public and private sectors. I have also served as Co-Manager in a Multi Family Office, contributing to the structuring of financial and strategic solutions for prominent business families.
My academic background includes a Law degree, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from IBMEC, as well as MBAs in People Management (FGV) and Strategic Business Management (FIAP), consolidating an integrated vision of business, strategy, and institutional relations.
I am a specialist in commercial and structural strategies, with extensive experience in business development, restructuring traditional companies, and strategic planning. My expertise spans sectors such as infrastructure, agribusiness, bioenergy, foreign exchange, sanitation, real estate, energy, tax, technology, brokerage, luxury market, and government relations. With a strong and active network, I connect companies, investors, and institutions, driving opportunities and building innovative, high-impact solutions for diverse markets.
My career includes senior leadership positions in national and multinational institutions, with a strong strategic focus in high-complexity environments. Over the years, I have developed expertise in business structuring, institutional relations, commercial strategies, and market development, both in the private and public sectors. I also have extensive experience in Commercial and Marketing, with a focus on Music Business and Strategic Business Management, which enhances my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, integrate communication solutions, and develop strategies focused on results and value generation.
I am a single mother of four sons and a multifaceted entrepreneur, leading three businesses that reflect my strategic vision and execution capabilities: WSA, a consulting firm and business hub with national and international operations; Safe Exchange, specializing in foreign exchange and global financial solutions; and Carolla Digital, focused on marketing, branding, and digital positioning. Additionally, I founded a WOMEN'S CONFRERIE, a project aimed at empowering and engaging women in the business ecosystem, combining my real-world experience with a genuine commitment to social transformation and the development of female leadership.
