With over 17 years of experience leading strategic initiatives and structuring businesses across multiple sectors, I have built a career that spans from commercial operations in major corporations — working as a corporate plan consultant — to taking the lead as an entrepreneur and advisor in high-impact projects within both the public and private sectors.

I served as Co-Manager at a Multi Family Office, contributing to the development of tailored financial solutions and strategies for large entrepreneurial families, deepening my understanding of wealth, legacy, and multigenerational planning.

My academic background includes a Law degree, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law and Capital Markets (IBMEC), and MBAs in People Management (FGV) and Strategic Business Management (FIAP), forming a strong foundation in business, strategy, and institutional relations.

I specialize in commercial strategies, the restructuring of traditional companies (business retrofit), and the development of new ventures. My work spans diverse sectors including infrastructure, agribusiness, bioenergy, foreign exchange, sanitation, energy, real estate, tax, technology, brokerage, the luxury market, and government relations. With an active and robust network, I connect companies, investors, and institutions to create high-impact solutions and opportunities.

My professional journey includes senior leadership roles in national and multinational organizations, always navigating complex environments and strategic decision-making. Over the years, I have gained deep expertise in business structuring, institutional relations, commercial strategy, and marketing — also leveraging experience in the Music Business industry, which expanded my ability to integrate communication, strategy, and the management of multidisciplinary teams.

Currently, I lead three ventures that reflect my strategic vision and execution capability:

• WSA Advisory – a business hub and consultancy operating nationally and internationally, specializing in financial structuring and strategic alliances;

• Safe Exchange – a company focused on foreign exchange and global financial solutions;

• Carolla Digital – a marketing, branding, and digital positioning agency.

I also founded the Confraria de Mulheres, a project that brings together women from the business ecosystem to promote leadership, collaboration, and social transformation — a space dedicated to strengthening the presence of women in positions of power and decision-making.
